Personal Training Sessions ($75-$100/ hour): Includes a 60 minute private session with a Certified Coach.
Group Classes (Most members choose $195–$215/mo): Every new member meets with a coach to recommend the right membership based on goals, schedule, and experience.
Nutrition Coaching ($165/ month): Includes a 60 minute face to face visit and weekly check ins with a Certified Coach.
*All new members without previous CrossFit experience will be directed through our Fundamentals Program, a combination of 1:1 sessions and group classes!

We do not offer free trials. We do offer drop in for $25 for a single class. If our guest decides we are a good fit and wants to join, we are excited to apply that fee towards the membership of choice.

Yes! Our new members without previous experience begin with personal training. We have clients who prefer personal training over group classes. We also offer private skills sessions to help our current members evolve.

We offer a variety of options to align with the needs of our members. Options include month to month, term commitments and prepaid options.

Our group classes are 60 minutes and include a warm up, skill and workout, and a class discussion with fist bumps and high fives.

We do not offer childcare. However, we do allow members to bring their children to the gym so long as they are able to monitor them and keep them safe.
