ABOUT
Elite CrossFit came into my life when Coach Arthur (my fiancé) started his coaching journey with elite in 2019, I started as an athlete and in 2020 I started my own coaching journey with Elite! To say elite is a part of my life is an understatement, Elite CrossFit is one of the biggest components of my life! If I’m not coaching here in the evenings you can definitely catch me working out here in the morning! Coaching at elite has helped me to become the truest version of myself! I was a dental assistant for 7 years and that was just a job I woke up and dreaded going to everyday. Now that I’m a coach at Elite, I look forward to work every morning.. we like to say here “Change lives daily” and I wake up everyday with that intention.. whether it be making someone smile for the hour they are here at the gym, or helping someone accomplish something they’ve never done before and seeing them light up! That cliche thing people say, “find a job you are passionate about and you’ll never work another day of your life” is a real thing. Im so grateful I found my purpose here at Elite!
