ABOUT
I became a part of Elite CrossFit because it was referred to me by a friend, and some intensive box shopping. No other boxes in the area felt like a home box like Elite did. Coaching our amazing athletes have inspired me to become the coach I am. Watching their comradery and ambition for growth has pushed me to grow with them and become a better person. And watching my fellow coaches has taught me how to become a better coach. I recently separated from the U.S. Navy after serving for 12 years active duty as a Hospital Corpsman.
