The CrossFit Workout is an all encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, advanced to beginner. CrossFit is presented daily (365 days a year) with (2) versions of the workout, Performance and Fitness. The Performance version of CrossFit allows athletes to test themselves against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Fitness version of CrossFit provides a more approachable version of the workout with moderate skills and moderate weights. Both versions can be adjusted up or down to suit the needs of any athlete.

For CROSSFIT WORKOUT you will need a barbell, plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, jump box, jump rope, pull-up bar, rower or bike, and a few other odds and ends commonly found in a functional training gym. You can certainly get by with less equipment but you will need to make some subs (we have you covered with a Movement Substitution in our SugarWOD Resources!).
LIFT

LIFT is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program available at Elite CrossFit! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of LIFT is simple – all gains, zero stress!

For LIFT, you will need a barbell (although you can get by without it!), plates, dumbbells, kettlebell, jump box, jump rope, pull-up bar and resistance bands. In this program, you can very easily adapt it to perform with only a few key pieces – dumbbells, resistance bands, and a pull-up bar.
AT HOME

AT HOME is the best High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program athletes can find at home, on the road, or just getting after it on the go.
AT HOME is designed to give athletes amazing fat-burning and muscle-building workouts 7-days a week with minimal equipment. AT HOME athletes won’t need to spend hours at the gym to get the results they’re after. Monday through Sunday we’ve got it covered all the way from your warm-up and workout to your cool-down and core finisher...all in about 45 minutes or less.
AT HOME workout is designed specifically around a major movement focus that will keep athletes on track and guarantee the best results.

For AT HOME all that’s really needed to get started is your body and if available, a pair of Dumbbells and a Jump Rope.
Every workout has a Body Weight only option for those without equipment. #Winning!

The 30/30: AEROBIC CAPACITY is a simple program designed by Elite CrossFit to help athletes learn more about mechanics, consistency and intensity in the mono-structural realm. This program can complement other programs or act as a stand alone program.

For 30/30: AEROBIC CAPACITY, no equipment is needed but workouts are designed to include body weight, jump rope, Row, Bike and Ski Ergs.
