WORKOUTS
This is a beginner and intermediate level event. As such, the movements and loads will be simpler and lighter. This division consists of FOUR (2 Men/ 2 Women) Scaled athletes who are proficient at some but not all, common main site movements, but probably still struggles with multiple technical/difficult movements (eg. chest to bar pull ups, handstand push-ups) yet "might" be able perform them in small amounts (1-2 reps). This athlete finds themselves, in a typical week or month of training, slightly scaling or modifying the Rx WOD at their gym 25% of the time…scaling the WOD to about 80-90% of the Rx WOD. There challenges will be fun but will be designed to push teams to develop skills to help them develop and grow into the next level!

There will be four portable restrooms available for all participants. We ask that all traffic from the front of the gym to the back be by way of the outdoor gated side entry.
