FUNDAMENTALS
The Fundamentals Program is a foundational course consisting of 6-12 private sessions scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. Fundamentals also includes select group classes to help you get experience in the group setting. You and your coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success! The combination of private sessions and group classes is a recipe for long term success.
*Required for all New Members with limited prior CrossFit experience in order to access CrossFit classes.
MAKE A PLAN
Our Fundamentals Program is designed to get ALL new athletes familiar with the basic CrossFit movements. After your fitness assessment, you will begin one-on-one personal training sessions with your coach. You will build strength, speed, power and stamina. You will learn about proper warm-ups, mobility and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them.
DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS
Anyone can benefit from the Fundamentals Program! Sometimes it’s good to revisit the basics even if you have experience. Fundamentals, is however required for new athletes who do not have prior CrossFit experience to gain full access to our CrossFit classes. Prior experience involves at least 3 months of regular training at another CrossFit affiliate.
